Trieste School
The course consists of 3 hours of morning lessons per day, divided between two teachers, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am and from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Groups have a maximum of 12 students. Each course lasts 4 weeks—80 45-minute units—and covers the curriculum for beginner, elementary, intermediate, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Depending on the level, participants can acquire a basic understanding of Italian or deepen and perfect their knowledge. Beginners can only enroll from the first week of the course. It is also possible to enroll for a 1-, 2-, or 3-week course. All teaching materials and cultural activities in Trieste are included. It is also possible to enroll in an Individual Course or a Combined Course 1 and 2 (a combination of the Intensive Course in the morning and 1 or 2 hours of Individual Course in the afternoon). At the end of the course, students receive a certificate of attendance, indicating the number of hours and level of proficiency completed.
In Trieste, the school can reserve accommodation for students who request it approximately one month in advance. Depending on availability, students can stay in a single room with kitchen access with local residents. Staying with local residents (typically singles or young couples, often students or teachers) offers an excellent opportunity to practice the language.
