The School of Italian Language and Culture for foreigners located in Nicotera, a splendid country on the sea in Calabria, offers the possibility of studying the Italian language with a holiday dedicated to the sea, art and culture. The seat of the school is inside the Castle of Ruffo of 1763 with dominance throughout the Gulf.

ICFI OBJECTIVES

In order to achieve these objectives, an integrated programme has been specifically designed, which offers traditional ITALIAN excellence of language teaching and a wide range of student services and programmes to promote student leadership, encourage personal development and provide social
opportunities.
OUR TEACHERS
The Italian Language School offers highly qualified teachers who are both cordial and available to help you at all times: All of our teachers are degreed language teachers who have specialized in language studies in the best Italian universities. They know how to make learning Italian a unique experience with maximum respect to time and to the needs of each student .
STANDARD COURSE:
20 lessons a week,Systematic acquisition of skills covering all aspects of the language; broadening of grammar, structure and vocabulary; intensive training in oral and written expression; study of Italian culture and civilisation.
Between Monday – Friday, 4 lessons per day, maximum 10 students per group, level of classes between elementary and advanced. Monday will be the greeting of the director and the entrance test
and a qualified teacher will be provided for each class and a qualified teacher will be provided for each class..
Accomodation: Apartment / flat: Consist in large bedrooms with kitchen, fridge and bathroom. The flat is cleaned once a week and both towels and sheets are changed. Water electricity and gas usage are included in the Contribution. All our apartment are in centre historic of city near the school
Cultural Activities: Our School offers its students extracurricular activities every day. Visit to Reggio Calabria, Gerace, Vibo Valentia, Costa degli DEI , Monte Poro, Scilla.
Social Activites: Seminar on historic and artistic with director of museum of art sacred and visit of Museums, churches, historic centre of city, and..more
Typical Calabrian Activitas: Cooking course, visit to wineries; visit to farms producing oil and wine, visit to artisan companies and possibility workshop.
